Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
We ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) throughout Europe, including Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and the United Kingdom. For orders to the United States and all other locations, we currently ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means that product prices do not include any local taxes or duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or local sales taxes required by your destination country to release your order from customs.

Free Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason it doesn’t meet your expectations, we gladly offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process:

• All items must be unworn, in original condition, with all packaging, tags, and proof of purchase intact.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned items, credited back to your original form of payment.
• You can choose to either return your item for a refund or exchange it for a different size or product.
