  • Schenker Ombud: Delivered to your nearest Schenker collection point for easy pickup. Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days.
  • You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
2. International Shipping
For international orders outside the EU, we offer the following shipping options via UPS:
  • UPS Expedited: Reliable ground shipping, estimated at 3–7 business days.
  • UPS Express Saver: Priority-handled service, with delivery expected within 2–5 business days.
3. EU Shipping
For customers within the European Union, we offer the following shipping options via UPS:
  • UPS Standard: Delivery estimated within 3–7 business days.
  • UPS Express Saver: Priority-handled service, with delivery expected within 2–5 business days.
  • You will receive tracking details once your package is on its way.

4. Shipping Costs

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

9. Lost or Stolen Packages
ENNUE Studio AB is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact our customer service team to initiate a claim with the carrier.


10. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is undeliverable or returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up from a collection point, customers may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout to avoid any issues.

During peak shopping seasons, such as the holiday period, please allow extra time for order processing and delivery. We will strive to maintain our regular shipping timelines as closely as possible and keep you informed of any potential delays.
