8. Campaign Codes
Campaign codes must be applied at checkout to be valid and cannot be applied retroactively. Ensure the discount is applied before completing your purchase.

ENNUE reserves the right to update prices, correct errors, and cancel orders as necessary.

10. Taxes & Import Duties
We ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) throughout Europe, including Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and the United Kingdom. For orders to the United States and all other locations, we currently ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means that product prices do not include any local taxes or duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or local sales taxes required by your destination country to release your order from customs.
11. Returns & Refunds
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Note: Some items may be final sale or non-returnable, such as custom or discounted products. International returns: Customs fees on returns may be deducted from refunds. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned items.
